The Your Evolving Self assessment is a service developed by us and offered either directly, or through intermediaries, to our clients. In order to take the assessment, you first have to receive an invitation by email, that will take you to an online questionnaire. We take great care in handling the data you subsequently submit, truthfully, respectfully and confidentially.

Better Leadership. collects the following data:
Personal identification information (Name, email, date of birth, etc.)
Your answers to the 240 questions in the survey

By submitting the online form you directly provide us with your data. No other way of data collection is used.
How will we use your data?
Better Leadership. collects these data so that we can perform assessment and development services for our clients. Anonymized data is used for improvement and development. Better Leadership. does not use your data for any other service or purpose.
Your data can not be accessed by, and is not shared with, second parties such as contractors and intermediary partners or third parties.
Marketing
If you have agreed to receive marketing, you may always opt out at a later date. You have the right at any time to stop Better Leadership. from contacting you for marketing purposes (e.g. marketing).
How do we store your data?
Better Leadership. uses Google Forms for hosting the Better Leadership. survey and subsequently all data is stored in the Google Cloud. The GDPR of this service can be found here: https://cloud.google.com/security/gdpr/. Access to the data is protected and restricted to the developer/analist of the survey.
